Designed by a collective of architects including Brière Architectes, Partie Commune, and Atelier Fontaine, this premium office building combines quality of life, performance, and attractiveness within a contemporary architecture. Conceived as a true living space, it encourages innovation, conviviality, and adapts to new ways of working.

At the heart of the lobby, the concrete panels fully contribute to this architectural identity by elegantly cladding the walls. The Shui and Striation panels, in stone 404 finish, bring texture, rhythm, and character to the space while reinforcing the project’s mineral and sustainable aesthetic. Their presence creates an atmosphere that is both warm and contemporary, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the building.
