Low indoor air emissions
Oberflex laminates are rated A+, in accordance with the NF EN ISO 16000-9 standard. Even before building materials were subjected to the "Indoor Air Emissions" labeling, Ober had already conducted regular testing campaigns for many years to measure and drastically reduce the emissions of volatile compounds from its products into indoor air.
A double PEFC™ and FSC® certification
We chose to use the PEFC™ and FSC® labels because these are currently the two labels that allow us to verify the proper sourcing of our wood resources in addition to Ober's own selection criteria. The wood components and products used in the manufacturing of Oberflex products come from sustainably managed forests. Their harvesting is controlled and monitored.
Our daily commitment has led to the double PEFC™ and FSC® certification of our chain of custody. Oberflex carries PEFC™ certified or FSC® certified products.
The good contribution of our products to HQE, LEED, BREEAM projects
Owing to the efficient management of its products, Ober provides precise answers that are useful for assessing the environmental performance of a construction and that comply with the requirements of the HQE, LEED and BREEAM construction labels.
