16 Matignon
Prestigious renovation of the ground floor at 16 Avenue Matignon in Paris, designed by the architect Dominique Neel of the Saguez & Partners agency. The project was entirely realized in Ash veneer with leafy pattern, from the Prestige Oberflex range.
Once past the reception area, we arrive at the majestic bookcase, the centrepiece of the project, standing 3.5 m high and stretching for almost 35 linear metres, perfectly following the curve of the central staircase. The bookcase alone was a real technical feat.
This project was elected winner in the SIGNATURE category of the Palmarès contract 2021 edition, a competition rewarding the creativity of French industry and workshops, organised by Ameublement Français.
De l’autre côté, nous découvrons Le Taillevent, un restaurant privé aux collaborateurs du bâtiment.
Les alcôves courbes sont réalisées pour la partie supérieure en serrurerie d’ameublement et pour la partie inférieure en contreplaqué cintrable revêtu de placage frêne ramageux. Habillées de somptueux rideaux, créant ainsi des espaces intimistes et chaleureux pour des déjeuners d’affaires.
