Ready-to-bond Borg panel

Thin decorative panel, made out of 2 embossed layers of real wood veneer, which are glued on a 2.5 mm MDF substrate.

Total thickness : +/- 3 mm

Maximum depth of the textured pattern : 1 to 1,4 mm depending on the models

Standard size: 3050 x 1250 mm / others on request

Matched edge bandings : same wood species, untextured

Finish : Wonder finish (ecological single-layer oil that confers a very natural finish to the wood)

Finishing options :

• unfinished
• ready to paint (embossed panel without any veneer)

Implementation: to be cold-glued onto a substrate (MDF or particle board) or onto fitted elements.

Bending :

• Cold bending up to a 300 mm radius parallel to the wood grain
• Cold bending up to a 400 mm radius perpendicular to the wood grain
